AU-1 bonds molecularly to most construction materials without priming or mixing, making it one of the fastest and cleanest sealants to apply on the market. It handles vertical and horizontal joints up to 2 inches wide with 50% joint movement capability (±25%) and 800% elongation, so it flexes with the structure rather than cracking or pulling away over time.
Once cured, AU-1 is exceptionally resistant to mold, mildew, UV rays, and weathering maintaining its adhesion and elasticity in all climates, even after years of exposure. It’s fully paintable with zero bleed-through and no tacky surface, so your finished work looks clean and professional. Cleanup is simple: soap and water before cure, no harsh solvents required.
